How to set up Alert

This is a website, not a separate app. After you allow notifications, your phone or computer can beep even when this page is not open — as long as you used Chrome, Edge, or an iPhone Home Screen icon.

1. Open the website
   Go to alert.lavanyasoftware.com and create an account.
2. Turn on reminders
   Tap Turn on reminders, then Allow. You should hear a short test beep. Later reminders use your device notification sound.
3. iPhone
   Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. Open the new Alert icon and allow notifications again. iPhone needs this Home Screen step.
4. Android or computer
   Chrome can add this site to the home screen or keep running in the background. Allow notifications when asked.
5. Add work
   Missing = not done yet. Closed today = finished. Upcoming = meetings. Mark Done when you take medicine or finish a task.
6. Optional
   Telegram is only a backup. In Settings, tap Connect Telegram and then Start. Most people can skip this.
